Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for the Sacramento or San Francisco offices. The candidate will handle complex general litigation with direct partner mentorship, courtroom exposure, and a sustainable workload.

The role requires 2–6 years of experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and active California Bar membership. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days, relocation may be needed to the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2–6 years of complex general litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own matters across the full litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation strategy through resolution, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, including demurrers, motions for summary judgment, and discovery motions.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
