Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling multiple phases of litigation.
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters across general liability, professional liability, employment, construction, real estate, and related disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and site inspections.
