Qualifications

• 3–8 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions and written discovery.
• Conduct legal research and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions (experience dependent).
• Attend hearings, mediations and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers.
• Participate in trial preparation and litigation strategy.
