Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and apply the law to facts in complex disputes.
• Provide legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
• Negotiate settlements optimizing client interests.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Engage in business development activities to attract clients.
