Job description

A well-established Midwest insurance defense firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Milwaukee office, with a primary focus on general liability and transportation litigation.

We're ideally seeking attorneys with 3–5 years of experience but are open to candidates with approximately 3–8 years of civil litigation experience.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 remote) offering meaningful litigation responsibility, direct partner mentorship, and a realistic path toward long-term advancement.

The firm moves efficiently and is typically able to take candidates from initial conversation to decision within approximately two weeks.
