Formación

• 2–6 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed in Texas.
• Insurance defense experience helps but isn’t required.

Responsabilidades

• Research and write motions and briefs that move cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Report to carriers in line with their billing and reporting guidelines.
• Work alongside trial partners on cases headed to court.
