A growing litigation practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in Houston. The role involves handling a broad range of complex litigation matters with significant responsibility from early stages through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.
