Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base salary range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus. Benefits: 401(k) with 3% employer match, 100% employer‑funded medical/dental/vision (plus $750 for dependents), and 2–3 weeks PTO. Position is hybrid in Houston, TX with remote flexibility.
