Responsibilities

• Premises liability, negligent security, products and general negligence defense.
• Clients including retailers, property owners, hospitality groups and commercial businesses.
• Your own caseload from intake to trial.
• Depositions of plaintiffs, corporate representatives, experts and treating doctors.
• Motions and hearings argued by you.
• Trial work, as first chair once you're ready.
• Direct contact with carriers and corporate clients.
