Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney - Remote! - New York / New Jersey

Founded in the 1970's, we are a full-service law firm with 100 attorneys across 5 states currently. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Job duties:

Work remote.

We have offices throughout New York and New Jersey as well.

We are currently seeking:

1) Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law Attorney

2) Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials

Required:

• NY and/or NJ bar

You should know some of the following:

• MVA, Personal Injury
• Construction Defect, NY Labor Law (200/240/241)
