BCG Attorney Search in Folsom, CA seeks an Associate Attorney to defend justice with integrity and precision, handling complex litigation and trials. You will manage a full caseload, appear in court, depose witnesses, and collaborate with a team of attorneys.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, a CA bar license, 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Insurance defense background is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active CA bar license required.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies that drive results.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys.
