- Experience with depositions, mediations, and trial preferred.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
- Manage discovery and interface with clients and opposing counsel.
- Argue motions in court and participate in mediations.
- Handle cases from inception to resolution, including trial participation.
- Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from partners.
