Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney in Los Angeles for a dynamic litigation practice. The ideal candidate has trial experience, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload while maintaining client relations.

Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school, be in good standing with the California State Bar, and demonstrate excellent analytical and research abilities, as well as readiness to engage in hearings, trials, and settlements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze case files and legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients to prepare them for legal proceedings.
• Establish dialogue with opposing counsel regarding settlements and trial preparation.
• Analyze and respond to pleadings filed by opposing parties.
• Draft legal letters, notices, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documents.
• Negotiate and prepare settlements.
