Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 6-9 months of general litigation experience. Experience handling discovery disputes is highly preferred/required. The individual hired will support our automotive consumer litigation practice and will be responsible for drafting and arguing discovery motions and oppositions, conducting research, drafting meet and confer correspondence, and attending hearings.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

Must be admitted to the California Bar.

• Products liability and/or consumer law background a plus.
• Minimum of 6-9 months of experience handling discovery disputes.
• Superior research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Compensation and Benefits
