The individual hired for this position will support our automotive consumer litigation practice and will be responsible for handling most aspects of litigation, including managing discovery requests and responses, drafting and arguing motions, conducting research, drafting memoranda and correspondence, attending hearings and court conferences, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trial preparations and trial.
Posses a JD from an accredited law school and must be admitted to the California Bar.
