Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of solid, complex commercial litigation or white‑collar experience (JD 2020–2023).
• Excellent deposition, writing, and oral advocacy skills required.
• Outstanding academic credentials; judicial law clerk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day management and ownership of diverse, high‑profile matters.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis.

This position sits within a diverse national business unit that encompasses all facets of high‑stakes disputes (from pretrial resolution through trial). Their litigators work collaboratively across a seamless national platform, representing sophisticated global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, middle‑market businesses, and emerging enterprises. Key Responsibilities

• Take day‑to‑day management and ownership of diverse, high‑profile commercial and white‑collar dispute matters in a fast‑paced environment.
• Conduct extensive, sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Manage active discovery phases and handle complex consumer class action elements.
• Take and defend depositions and conduct critical witness interviews.
• Draft pleadings, write complex briefs, and regularly prepare, file, and argue motions.
• Actively participate in comprehensive trial preparation and courtroom strategy.
• Collaborate seamlessly across the firm's multidisciplinary capabilities and diverse practice areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Skills: Strong deposition, case management, and motion argument experience are required.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of excellent brief writing.
• Mindset: A proactive self‑starter with effective problem‑solving capabilities and the flexibility to juggle multiple projects.
• Credentials: Outstanding academic credentials. Prior experience as a judicial law clerk is a significant plus.
• Bar Admission: Active Bar membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 USD. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.
