The position requires 3–4 years of law firm experience, a J.D. degree, and Illinois admission in good standing. The firm supports a hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of law firm experience focused on Creditor's Rights Litigation and bankruptcy law.
• Hands-on experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, and appearing in courts.
• Deposition experience and strong case management abilities are valued.
• Must be admitted in, or pursuing admission in, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Join the Litigation team in Chicago to work on Creditor's Rights and bankruptcy matters.
• Draft complaints and motions, conduct discovery, and appear in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts.
