Qualifications

• 3–4 years of law firm experience focused on Creditor's Rights Litigation and bankruptcy law.
• Drafting complaints and motions; conducting discovery; appearances in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts; post-judgment collection.
• Deposition experience and strong case management abilities are valued.
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in Illinois (or taking steps to become admitted).
