Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, and foreclosure matters.
• Experience in enforcement of commercial loans, collateral repossession, and commercial finance law.
• Strong deposition and case management experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, creditor’s rights disputes, commercial foreclosures and distressed debt workouts, and related state and federal court litigation and arbitrations
• Counsel clients throughout every stage of the litigation and arbitration process
• Handle all aspects of collection matters
• Draft complaints and motions, conduct discovery, and communicate with opposing counsel and clients
