Our client, a dynamic Am Law 200 firm with roots in Chicago, is seeking a litigator with significant creditors’ rights experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This sophisticated practice group handles all aspects of collection matters, from out-of-court workouts through litigation and collection of judgments, to a wide range of unsecured collection matters.

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, creditor’s rights disputes, commercial foreclosures and distressed debt workouts, and related state and federal court litigation and arbitrations
