Ideal candidates will have a solid litigation foundation and be prepared to take ownership of case work, from discovery to trial preparation, in a collaborative, collegial environment.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Alabama Bar admission.
• Prior litigation experience is required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with commercial, business and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and legal memoranda.
• Participate in discovery, including document review, written discovery and discovery strategy.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial preparation.
• Analyze factual and legal issues and help develop case strategy.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties as appropriate.
• Assist senior attorneys with all phases of litigation.
• Manage assigned projects and deadlines effectively.
• Develop increasing responsibility for assigned matters.
