Job summary

The Birmingham office of Holland & Knight LLP has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate with 3-5 years of transferrable experience for a fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with litigation procedure, including drafting motions, and experience managing discovery in complex cases.

Alabama licensure is required and on-site attendance of at least three days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Active member of the AL Bar.
• 3-5 years of Transferable Experience.
• In-office at least 3 business days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions and other pleadings.
• Manage discovery in complex cases.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Handle commercial, regulatory, and other litigation matters.
