Qualifications

• 3+ years of private practice experience in complex civil and commercial litigation.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to Wisconsin Bar or eligible to waive into the Wisconsin Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide effective legal counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on sophisticated litigation matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal service.
