Keystone Distinction Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in litigation to join our established Milwaukee office. You will handle a range of matters including real estate, corporate, and contract disputes, with emphasis on client interaction and persuasive advocacy.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in litigation, is admitted to the Wisconsin bar, and can manage complex caseloads, supervise discovery, and participate in trial and appellate work.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Wisconsin bar.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and advanced legal software.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on real estate, corporate, and contract law.
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Participate actively in trial conduct and appellate work.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case status.
• Chair client corporate meetings and manage administrative staff effectively.
