Job summary

Adams & Martin Group's client, a premier Am Law 200 firm in Denver, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of business and real estate litigation experience. You will work with seasoned litigators on state and federal matters, with meaningful client interaction and a clear growth path.

Applicants must be licensed in Colorado or eligible for admission; salary ranges from $185,000 to $205,000 plus discretionary bonus. Hybrid work arrangement following onboarding is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business, commercial, real estate, or related litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings
• Handle all phases of commercial and business litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
• Prepare and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies to support client objectives
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on litigation matters across a variety of industries
