Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a litigation-forward personal injury attorney for an in-office role across Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. You will handle motor vehicle and premises liability cases, manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances, with strong support from staff to advance each case to resolution or trial.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
• Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial
