Qualifications

• Must be admitted in Pennsylvania – no exceptions (PA bar)
• 3–5 years of experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters
• Experience handling complex discovery, law and motion, status and evaluation reporting, and taking depositions
• Litigation and arbitration experience required; trial experience a plus
• Excellent writing skills and strong client relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Team-oriented with professional demeanor and timely communication
• Dependable with strong attendance
