Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney with two to four years of litigation experience to join our Kansas City, Missouri office.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience from a regional, national, or outstanding local law firm; excellent writing and oral advocacy skills; strong academic background; judicial clerkship and court experience are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex legal matters.
2. Handle e-discovery and fact development effectively.
3. Address complex factual, legal, and logistical issues with foresight.
4. Develop strategic and analytical approaches to client challenges, considering legal and economic factors.
