Stinson LLP - Associate Position in Corporate Finance

Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with at least five years of experience to join the Corporate Finance Division in our Kansas City office.

Qualifications Required: Active Missouri attorney license required. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Relevant experience includes:

1. Leading and managing mergers and acquisitions,
2. Managing securities law compliance and capital markets transactions,
3. Handling venture capital investments,
4. Managing private equity and leveraged buy-out transactions,
5. Advising on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements,
6. Providing advice on corporate governance,
7. Managing public and private securities offerings.
