Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial, business, or complex litigation experience.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation.
• Attend court appearances, conferences, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Support trial preparation, including exhibit management and case strategy development.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on litigation and related disputes.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities while maintaining strong client service standards.
• Participate in strategic analysis and case evaluation efforts.
