Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of business and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Lead all aspects of litigation strategy, including drafting pleadings and motions, and negotiating settlements.
• Serve as a primary contact for corporate clients and insurers, providing case updates and strategic assessments.
• Provide sound legal advice and strategic counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
