The role involves handling a broad mix of matters, including medical malpractice and other liability defense, with growing autonomy and responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, comfort working with multiple partners, and a track record of delivering hands-on litigation experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 7 years of litigation experience.
• Medical malpractice experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable handling a variety of matters and working with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad mix of defense matters including medical malpractice, general liability, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, auto/trucking, and other defense matters.
• Work with multiple partners to manage files and develop strategy.
• Provide hands-on litigation experience with increasing autonomy over cases.
• Participate in training and professional development for junior associates.
