The role involves handling a broad mix of matters, including medical malpractice and other liability defense, with growing autonomy and responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, comfort working with multiple partners, and a track record of delivering hands-on litigation experience.

• Participate in training and professional development for junior associates.

I’m working with a well-established litigation firm in West Palm Beach that is looking to add an Associate with 1–8 years of litigation experience.

The practice is heavily litigation-focused, with a broad mix of medical malpractice, general liability, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, auto/trucking, and other defense matters.

Ideal background:

• 1 to 7 years of litigation experience
• Medical malpractice experience is a major plus
