Job Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case strategy development, including legal analysis and risk assessment.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review, preparation of discovery requests and responses, and deposition preparation.
• Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records, correspondence, and billing information.

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, with a focus on corporate shareholder derivative litigation preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
