Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and potentially trials.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 2–6 years of experience in employment defense litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
