Qualifications

• J.D. and 3‑7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, especially in bodily injury, construction defect, and employment.
• Experience in employment law, general liability or public entity law is a plus.
• Remote or Hybrid in LA, San Diego or San Francisco.
• Goal of 170 hours per month; bonuses for exceeding hours and for business development.
• Must be active and in good standing with the CA State Bar or NV State Bar—both a plus.

Must reside within driving distance of San Francisco, LA, San Diego or Las Vegas.
