Candidates with experience in Medical Malpractice, Public Entity Defense, General Liability, Professional Liability, Workers' Compensation Defense, or related litigation areas are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Attend depositions, court appearances, mediations, and hearings.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Develop case strategy and assist with trial preparation.
• Maintain organized case files and billing records.
