This is a trial practice. We defend large and small companies to include product manufacturers and corporate clients in personal injury, catastrophic loss, product liability, and commercial matters including labor and employment claims. Our associates take and defend critical depositions, argue motions, collaborate directly with experts, and sit second and first chair at trial. If you have spent three years reviewing documents and waiting for a case that never goes to trial, this job presents an opportunity that will allow you to grow meaningfully as an advocate.
You will manage your own caseload from inception through trial or resolution, work with retained and opposing experts, serve as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure compliance with client outside counsel guidelines.
Salary depends on experience. Quarterly bonuses beginning at a 170-hour monthly average, plus a discretionary year-end bonus for client development, mentoring, bar involvement, and originations. Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, and short- and long-term disability coverage. Health savings account with monthly employer contribution on the high-deductible plan. 401(k) with employer match. State bar dues, continuing legal education, and parking in the adjacent garage paid by the firm.
