Jobot is seeking a Litigation Associate in San Antonio, TX, offering hybrid work and a permanent role. You will manage civil matters from intake through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, and supporting trial preparation under an experienced mentor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Details

A growing San Antonio litigation boutique is looking for a motivated Litigation Associate who wants real, hands‑on courtroom experience. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced trial attorney who loves to mentor, on a varied docket spanning business litigation, construction disputes, and plaintiff and defense personal injury.

Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution, with guidance and support from the founding attorney.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs across business, construction, and personal injury matters.

Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and assist with trial preparation and trial.
