Job summary

Orionplacement in Texas seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney to manage a diverse personal injury caseload from inception through resolution. You will handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances, developing trial-ready strategies while maintaining client communications.

Active Texas bar license with 2+ years of personal injury litigation is required; defense experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Personal injury defense experience preferred but not required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and courtroom presentation abilities.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Location

On-site opportunity in Edinburg, TX or Brownsville, TX, with the flexibility to be considered for either office. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified Texas-licensed attorneys.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Personal injury defense experience is preferred, but attorneys with plaintiff-side litigation experience will also be considered. Candidates from law firms, in-house roles, and solo practices are welcome to apply.
