Overview

Dvorak Law Group is seeking an associate attorney to join our law firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, critical thinker, and team player who is eager to take ownership of projects and gain hands-on litigation experience.

In this role:

• Work collaboratively within an experienced litigation practice group.
• Collaborate with other attorneys across other practice groups within the firm, as well as clients and third-party advisors.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis of case law and statutes.
• Manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and expert witness preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute litigation strategies that align with client goals.
• Represent clients in commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Ideal candidates will have:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
