Key Responsibilities

• Represent business and individual clients in state and federal court, as well as arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans aligned with client objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision and persuasion.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare witnesses.
• Advocate in mediations and trials, serving as a confident and persuasive courtroom presence.
• Contribute to firm growth through client development and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative legal culture.

Key Skills / Experience

• Strong litigation experience (3–5 years), including handling pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Jury trial and/or expert deposition experience is highly valued.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple complex matters with attention to detail and deadlines.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and mentor.
• Familiarity with litigation tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
