Job description

A sophisticated yet collegial litigation boutique is expanding its Los Angeles team and is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. The group handles commercial disputes across a range of industries, representing national companies in high-stakes litigation and arbitration..

Qualification

• 3+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment
• Excellent research and writing skills are required and clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong, independent legal writing through a substantive writing sample
• Strong litigation experience, including meaningful exposure to discovery and motion practice. Deposition experience is desirable but not required
• Experience with complex commercial disputes required; CRE-related litigation and/or white-collar investigations is a plus

Compensation for this role will range from $230,000-$325,000 DOE + annual bonuses.

Associates should expect to be in the Los Angeles office approximately three days per week, although the firm takes a flexible approach to in-office presence.
