Legal Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare high-quality memoranda on substantive legal issues.
Case Management: Manage case deadlines to ensure timely filings and strict compliance with procedural rules.
Client & Witness Interaction: Actively participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, and mediations.
Experience: 3–8 years of litigation experience, with a specific focus on Public Law (experience from a City Attorney's office or a law firm handling public law work is essential).
