Prior medical malpractice experience is not required. The firm welcomes entry-level attorneys as well as those with prior litigation experience who want to transition into medical malpractice defense.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of medical malpractice litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Analyze medical records and coordinate with medical experts.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Support trial preparation and attend trial proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

A well-established California litigation firm is seeking an attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice Defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in developing expertise in a specialized and in-demand area of litigation. Prior medical malpractice experience is not required.

The firm is open to entry-level attorneys as well as candidates with prior litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into medical malpractice defense. Attorneys will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to sophisticated litigation matters involving healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of medical malpractice litigation from case inception through resolution
