Adams & Martin Group in California is seeking an attorney to join its Medical Malpractice Defense practice. No prior medical malpractice experience is required, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to complex healthcare litigation, including cases involving hospitals and medical providers, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records and work with medical experts
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel
• Support trial preparation and attend trial proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

A well-established California litigation firm is seeking an attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice Defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in developing expertise in a specialized and in-demand area of litigation. Prior medical malpractice experience is not required.

The firm is open to entry-level attorneys as well as candidates with prior litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into medical malpractice defense. Attorneys will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to sophisticated litigation matters involving healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical groups.
