About the Company

Manning Kass’ Medical Malpractice and Elder Abuse teams represent medical professionals and healthcare facilities throughout Southern California. The practice includes civil litigation at both trial and appellate levels, allied health board hearings, administrative hearings, drug/medical device litigation, managed care litigation, and elder abuse litigation. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-rounded Associate to join out Medical Malpractice & Elder Abuse Team in Southern California.

The candidate will work closely with senior associates and partners daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation—focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals. We seek candidates who are eager to learn, highly self-motivated, and interested in long-term professional growth.
