Confidential Employer. in Oshkosh, WI seeks an attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to manage matters from evaluation to resolution. You will draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and participate in hearings and trials while maintaining client communication and collaboration with a seasoned legal team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience, civil litigation preferred.
• Hands-on drafting of pleadings and motions and managing discovery.
• Experience with trial preparation or court proceedings is valued.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team.
• Billing expectations of at least 1,500 hours annually.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with legal technology.

Note
