Job summary

Confidential Employer. is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed litigation attorney in Oshkosh with at least 2 years of experience to manage matters from filing through resolution. You will draft pleadings, handle discovery, prepare for hearings, and maintain client communications, while meeting annual billing expectations.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting pleadings and motions and managing discovery.
• Experience with trial preparation or court proceedings is highly valued.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage assigned cases independently while working collaboratively with a legal team.
• Comfortable with an annual billing expectation of at least 1,500 hours.

Note
