Accountabilities

  • Manage complex litigation matters with minimal oversight, including commercial, shareholder, securities, fraud, IP, antitrust, and class action disputes.
  • Collaborate directly with partners on case strategy, client communications, and legal research and analysis.
  • Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs in high-stakes litigation.
  • Maintain high-level client relationships and ensure timely and responsive communication.
  • Exercise strategic judgment in managing case priorities, deadlines, and resources.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentorship while upholding the firm’s standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 7+ years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in a top-tier or Am Law 100 firm.
  • Proven ability to manage substantive components of cases independently with strategic oversight.
  • Strong judgment, business acumen, and responsiveness under high-pressure situations.
